G-TRAC (Global Tracking) is a full featured Internet based solution for
logisitcs management of Shipment Tracking, Purchase Order Management, Virtual
Warehousing, and data Exchange. Since it is Internet based, there is no
application software to purchase.
SHIPMENT TRACKING
Shipment tracking is becoming the number one feature required by shippers and
importers.
PURCHASE ORDER MANAGEMENT
This is a full purchase order management system, not just a PO tracking screen.
It includes the capability to add actual purchase orders detail lines. Each
time the PO changes an email is sent to the supplier. When the PO is ready for
shipment, the purchaser will get an email notification. G-TRAC will keep an on
going record as to what is still open and when each product has shipped.
Suppliers can add invoice detail as well.
VIRTUAL WAREHOUSE
The virtual warehouse features include: warehouse receipts, label printing,
warehouse withdrawal, inventory control. The owners of the merchandise can
review all entries made on their behalf. Complete details of each and every
warehouse receipt is tracked by G-TRAC.
DATA EXCHANGE SERVICES
If you want to be able to send data into and out of G-TRAC to your legacy
sstem, the DES is the way to do it.
